* Getting Back in Gear *

I told you that i was going to get myself back in shape...and that i am going to do! I am a day later than expected but we had a very busy, busy weekend so Monday was a little rough. But i am going to commit to eating better and exercising. A friend recommended TurboFire by Beachbody. I thought i would look it up and see what kind of videos they were...lots of good dance music and cardio. I decided to try it. It is a 90 day cardio conditioning program with Chalene Johnson. I hope to have it by today or tomorrow so i can get started! These videos look like fun...a little different from the Jillian videos that i previously purchased. I am excited so we will see how it goes.
