Yesterday i just wasn't feeling it!! Maybe it was because the scale hadn't moved in 2 days. I know i shouldn't weigh every day but i do! I feel like it keeps me in check with my daily progress. I know things fluctuate from day to day but weighing myself daily is something that i have always done while on my health kick. It is not helping me right this second because i have not lost any more weight and i am frustrated. Enough about that- here are my stats...
